Am I too old for this?

Ha! You are NEVER too old to invest in yourself, to go after your dreams and to break free from the blocks that are holding you back from being the most powerful you! Come on girl, don’t let that mind trash stop you!

What if I don’t have a full length mirror?

You can find a full length mirror at most local stores for a very affordable price. Check out this $7 mirror from Walmart.

When does it start?

How long will I have access to the program?

We will be together in the Facebook group for 21 days and  the workbook and resources are yours to keep forever!

How much time do I need to dedicate to this daily?

We've designed the challenge to take approximately 20-30 minutes each day. We recommend including it in your morning routine so you don’t get derailed as the day goes on. We know you're busy and have a lot of commitments, so start your day with a little bit of time for YOU before you take on the world.

What if I can’t make the calls?

Not to worry - the call recordings will be available in our Facebook group and you can watch them at your convenience. 

What if I fall behind?

Let’s not start out with that mindset. You are worth the 20 minutes a day it will take to work through this challenge. Come ready to dedicate the time to yourself. Let’s train your mind to be accountable to yourself. We’ll be there to support you through this process.

What if I get started and feel this program isn’t for me? Are there any refunds?

There are no refunds for this program. We’ve made this decision out of love. This helps keep you accountable to yourself and is a way of helping you take the steps you need to heal yourself.

Do we have live Zoom meetings, and how will I get them?
